Production : A method of bonding a fiber inserted according to the desired thread weight to fabric layers with a hooked needle. (Weights: 1000g/m2,800g/m2, 500g/m2 100g/m2, 80g/m2, 60g/m2).
Characteristic : Using short fibers, the quality of the finished fabric is nearly unlimited depending on the type of thread, thread size, cross-section needle form, as well as the density of the fabric layers and the pore size.
Usage : Orthopedic casts, medical padding cloth, household goods, bubble coating, roofing agents, wipers etc.

Production : A web is formed by the introduction of polyester, viscos rayon, or cotton thread of the desired weight while removing impurities and arranging the threads in a predetermined direction. This web is then subjected to high-pressure water flow causing the threads to randomly couple to one another (water-jet entanglement) before moisture is removed. Comes in hole-type and flat-type. (Weights: 100g/m2. 70g/m2, 60g/m2, 40g/m2).
Characteristic : Smooth and low weight. Chemical-free. Superior flexibility and breathability.
Usage : Orthopedic casts, trauma protection & treatment, medicated patches, disposable bandages etc.

Production : Long-fiber nonwoven fabric manufactured by first spinning, then heat-bonding polypropylene and polyester threads. (Weights: 40g/m2, 30g/m2, 25g/m2, 20g/m2, 16g/m2)
Characteristic : Superior chemical resistance, breathability, filtration ability, antibacterial properties, water repellence, and human skin compatibility.
Usage : Orthopedic casts, dust-resistant nonwoven masks, protective clothing, hospital bed single-use sanitary covers, mediform film, sanitary gowns etc.

Needle Punch : 생산 중량에 따라 투입된 원사를 hook이 있는 Needle(바늘)을 이용하여 섬유층을 결합하는 방식 (사용 중량: 1000g/m2,800g/m2, 500g/m2 100g/m2, 80g/m2, 60g/m2)
Spunlace : Polyester, Viscos Rayon, Cotton 등의 원사를 생산 중량에 따라 투입 후 이물질 제거, 일정한 방향으로 배열 형성시켜 웹 상태를 고압의 수류압을 부여하여 실 가닥들이 서로 랜덤하게 결합 (수류결합법)되도록 한 후 물기를 제거 [홀타입(Hole type)과 플랫타입(Flat type)이 있음 (사용중량: 100g/m2. 70g/m2, 60g/m2, 40g/m2)]
Spunbond : Polypropylene, Polyester 원사를 방사 한 후 열을 가해 접착하여 제조하는 장섬유 부직포 (40g/m2, 30g/m2, 25g/m2, 20g/m2, 16g/m2)

1 Needle Punch : 단섬유를 이용하여 원사의 종류, 섬도, 단면의 형상 니들의 정도 등과 섬유층의 밀도나 공극의 크이에 따라 무한에 가까운 품질을 만들수 있다.
